AN ACT CONCERNING THE MANAGEMENT AND FUNDING OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM.
To provide that (1) the Criminal Justice Policy and Planning Division within the Office of Policy and Management shall be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and use of the criminal justice information system, and (2) any funds appropriated for such system shall transfer to the Office of Policy and Management for such system.
