AN ACT CONCERNING THE SEIZURE AND SALE OF VEHICLES INVOLVED IN STREET TAKEOVERS.
To allow a municipality to seize and sell vehicles involved in street takeovers and to use the proceeds from any such sales to fund such municipality's police department.
