AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALES AND USE TAXES IMPOSED ON MEALS SOLD BY AN EATING ESTABLISHMENT, CATERER OR GROCERY STORE.

To eliminate the additional one per cent sales and use taxes imposed on meals sold by an eating establishment, caterer or grocery store.
