AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING TO MUNICIPALITIES THAT ADOPT POLICIES TO RESTRICT OR PROHIBIT POLICE OFFICERS FROM NOTIFYING FEDERAL AUTHORITIES OF ARRESTS OF UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS.
