AN ACT REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL FOR COMPONENTS OF THE COMBINED PUBLIC BENEFITS CHARGE.

To repeal any component of the Combined Public Benefits Charge not approved by the General Assembly and require future charges be approved by the General Assembly.
