AN ACT CONCERNING ROAD SAFETY AUDITS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
To require the Commissioner of Transportation to develop a process by which a person, traffic authority or regional council of government may request the Department of Transportation to perform a road safety audit.
