AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ELECTRONIC PORTAL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR STATE GRANT PROGRAMS.
To require the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to establish an electronic portal containing information a regarding state grant programs, including applications for such programs.
