AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL APPROVAL FOR CERTAIN NONRESIDENTIAL SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC FACILITIES.

To allow any municipality with two or more existing nonresidential solar photovoltaic facilities located within such municipality to (1) approve or reject subsequent nonresidential solar photovoltaic facilities proposed for construction or installation in such municipality, and (2) impose a moratorium on the construction or installation of such facilities within such municipality.
