AN ACT EXEMPTING HOSPITAL BEDS FOR HOME HEALTH CARE USE FROM THE SALES AND USE TAXES.
To exempt from the sales and use taxes the sale of and the storage, use or other consumption in this state of hospital beds for home health care use.
