AN ACT ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF NEED TO ESTABLISH NEW HEALTH CARE FACILITIES OR SERVICES AND TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF EXISTING HEALTH CARE FACILITIES.
To promote the expansion of and access to health care services in the state by requiring certificate of need approval only for the termination of existing facilities and services.
