Secs. 33-1 to 33-11. Specially chartered corporations. General provisions. Sections 33-1 to 33-11, inclusive, are repealed, provided the repeal of a prior act by this section shall not affect any right accrued or established, or any liability or penalty incurred, under the provisions of such act prior to the repeal thereof.
