S.B. No. 5 (RAISED) HIGHER EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT ADVANCEMENT. 'AN ACT CONCERNING MANUFACTURING AND TECHNOLOGY', to require the Board of Regents for Higher Education to study issues relating to manufacturing and technology in the state.
