Proposed H.B. No. 5062 REP. BELSITO, 53rd DIST. 'AN ACT ELIMINATING MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENTS TO LEGISLATORS', to eliminate the legislative mileage reimbursement.

Proposed H.B. No. 5063 REP. RUTIGLIANO, 123rd DIST. 'AN ACT RESTRICTING OPERATION OF THE PERSONAL SCREENING SYSTEM AT THE LEGISLATIVE OFFICE BUILDING AND THE STATE CAPITOL', to prohibit operation of the personal screening system that was instituted in the Legislative Office Building and at the State Capitol unless certain requirements are met.

'AN ACT CONCERNING CORPORATE BUSINESS TAX RELIEF FOR BUSINESSES THAT RELOCATE TO THE STATE AND CREATE MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED JOBS', to provide ten years of relief from the corporation business tax to businesses that relocate to the state and create more than two hundred jobs.

FINANCE, REVENUE AND BONDING

Proposed H.B. No. 5065 REP. BUCKBEE, 67th DIST. 'AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CREDIT AGAINST THE HOSPITALS TAX FOR HOSPITALS THAT MAKE BEDS AVAILABLE FOR OPIOID ADDICTION TREATMENT SERVICES', to provide an incentive for hospitals to make beds available for the provision of services to individuals suffering from opioid addiction.

Proposed H.B. No. 5066 REP. CANDELORA, 86th DIST. 'AN ACT REPEALING THE ADMISSIONS TAX', to repeal the admissions tax.

Proposed H.B. No. 5067 REP. WILMS, 142nd DIST. 'AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN PAPER CURRENCY FROM THE SALES AND USE TAXES', to add certain paper currency to the currencies and tender exempt from the sales and use taxes.
