No Fiscal Impact
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact. The amendment does not result in a fiscal impact to the state or municipal health plans as it is not anticipated to change current coverage. The amendment's reporting, data collection and review requirements do not result in a fiscal impact to the Department of Insurance or the Office of Health Strategy as they are within the agencies' expertise.
