Explanation
This amendment only allows schedule III partial opioid agonist to be prescribed via telehealth services and eliminates the cost in the underlying bill. The Department of Consumer Protection would no longer require a Drug Control Agent due to the scope of the bill being narrowed significantly. The potential revenue gain in the underlying bill is unchanged by the amendment.
