Explanation
This amendment eliminates the cost in the underlying bill by removing the public awareness campaign on bicycles, skateboarding, and roller skating. The amendment requires the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) to post information on its website regarding the dangers of bicycles, skateboarding, and roller skating which results in no fiscal impact because DCP has the expertise and resources to accomplish this.
