The amendment eliminates the potential savings reductions to the state and municipal health plans of the underlying bill by removing the prohibition on mail order for interchangeable biologics. The amendment makes changes to notice requirements which do not change the fiscal impact of the underlying bill. Lastly, the amendment makes other changes regarding the delivery of biologics which do not result in a fiscal impact.
