OFA Fiscal Note
The amendment, which requires an inter-agency transfer of a specified property in Griswold, has no fiscal impact.
If the state acquired the property described in the amendment, the property would be transferred to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) for incorporation into the existing Pachaug State Forest. DEEP could manage the additional land with existing resources.
