Minimal Revenue Gain

The amendment is anticipated to result in a minimal revenue gain, as it allows the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) to set fees for expediting licenses or permits through a pilot program. DEEP would be anticipated to use its authority for this purpose.
