No Fiscal Impact

The amendment, which requires anyone hunting deer on Sunday with a bow and arrow on private property, under certain conditions, to demonstrate proficiency in the use of bow and arrow, has no fiscal impact.

It is anticipated that this demonstration is required in the mandatory bow hunting courses required by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to meet licensure requirements.
