The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact.
The amendment establishes a working group to study and make recommendations concerning issues relating to the search and seizure of student's personal electronic devices.
The working group shall submit its findings and recommendations to the education committee by January 1, 2019.
This amendment has no fiscal impact as PA 17-236 prohibits transportation allowances for task force members.
