Eliminates Cost In Bill
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact.
Instead, it requires that certified wastewater treatment plant operators obtain not less than six hours of continuing education annually. It is anticipated that the training would be paid for by the employees directly. It also requires certain notifications, which has no fiscal impact.
