AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FEE ON VIRTUAL CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a fee to transfer or trade virtual currency in this state.
