AN ACT COMBATTING SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND SEXUAL ASSAULT.
The fiscal note on the file copy indicated that the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) may need to hire two positions to provide sexual harassment training. Currently, CHRO provides multiple sexual harassment trainings per month across the state. It is anticipated that CHRO, if requested by private employers, can handle the bill's requirements with the current monthly training schedule. Therefore, no fiscal impact is anticipated with Section 1 of the bill.
