The Senate was called to order at 2: 25 o'clock p. m. , the President in the Chair.

THE CHAIR:

The Senate will come to order. The Senate will come to order in the June special session. Senator Duff, no. We're going to have a prayer first. If I could introduce Ryan Duff to lead us in prayer.

ACTING CHAPLAIN RYAN DUFF:

Help us be honest and true in all that we say and all that we do. Give us the courage to do what is right. Amen.

THE CHAIR:

Thank you, Ryan. And now, I'm going to ask Ryan to lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Thank you, Mr. President, good to see you there today and thank you to our Acting Chaplain and reader of, reciter of the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. President, is there business on the Clerk's desk?

Thank you, Mr. President. I move that all items on Senate Agenda No. 1, dated Thursday, June 22, 2017, be acted upon as indicated and that the agenda be incorporated by reference into said journal and transcript and immediately placed on the Senate Calendar.

Thank you, Mr. President. These are just the rules regarding just the Senate for our special session and I'd urge adoption.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I believe that concludes our business for the day. I'll check with our members in the Chamber here to see if there are any points of personal privilege or announcements. Seeing none, Mr. President --
