(Gavel) The House of Representatives is now in session. Will all members and guests please rise and direct your attention to our Guest Chaplain, Kevin Rivera, of Hartford.

Lord, we thank you for watching over us and keeping us from harm. We appreciate the good people you send into our lives to assist us. Amen.

REP. CANDELARIA (95TH):

Kevin Rivera of Hartford will now lead us into the Pledge of Allegiance.

GUEST CHAPLAIN KEVIN RIVERA:

(All) I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Is there any business on the Clerk's desk?

Yes, Mr. Speaker. The Clerk has communications from His Excellency, the Governor, these are corrected letters, for Judicial nominations to refer to the Committee on Judiciary.

REP. CANDELARIA (95TH):

Refer to the Committee on Judiciary.

CLERK:

Also, Mr. Speaker, the Clerk has a list of favorable reports, House Bills, to be tabled for the calendar and printing.

REP. CANDELARIA (95TH):

The Chair recognizes, Representative Ziogas, of the 79th District.

REP. ZIOGAS (79TH):

Mr. Speaker, I move that we waive the reading of the House favorable reports and the bills be tabled for the calendar and printing.

Is there objection? Hearing no objection, it is so ordered.

CLERK:

Finally, Mr. Speaker, the Clerk has a list of Bills, number 35, dated March 2, 2017.

Mr. Speaker, I move that we waive the reading of the list of bills and the bills be referred to the committees indicated.
