Also, Madam Speaker, the Clerk has a communication from his Excellency, the Governor, dated January 30, 2017, to the Honorable House of Representatives, Pursuant to Sections 4-1 and 1-205 of the Connecticut General Statutes. I have the honor to nominate and, with your advice and consent, reappoint LENNY T. WINKLER from Groton, to be a member of the Freedom of Information Commission, to serve a term ending June 30, 2020 or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer.
