(Gavel) Good Morning, everyone. The House of Representatives is now in session. Will all members and guests please rise and direct your attention to our guest Chaplain Mary Alice Hughes of Haddam.

Also, Mr. Speaker, the Clerk has a communication from the House Minority Leader and the Senate Republican President Pro-Tempore. It's nominating Robert J. Kane of Watertown, Connecticut, to be an Auditor of Public Accounts.
