S.B. No. 260 (COMM) TRANSPORTATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES', to establish a pilot program for the testing of autonomous vehicles and establish a task force to study autonomous vehicles.

S.B. No. 261 (COMM) TRANSPORTATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE POINT SYSTEM FOR MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS', to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to reduce the number of the points charged against the holder of a motor vehicle operator's license if the holder passes the knowledge test or the on-the-road skills test for a motor vehicle operator's license.

S.B. No. 264 (COMM) TRANSPORTATION. 'AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO ENTER INTO CERTAIN SERVICE AGREEMENTS', to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to (1) enter into agreements with contractors, including motor vehicle dealerships, and municipalities to issue duplicate licenses and identity cards, renew licenses and identity cards and conduct registration transactions, (2) adopt regulations establishing qualifications, requirements and performance standards for such contractors and municipalities, and (3) submit annual reports regarding the status and progress of authorizing such contractors and municipalities.

S.B. No. 345 (COMM) TRANSPORTATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING LIVERY SERVICE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND ELDERLY PERSONS', to allow temporary and permanent livery permit holders to use stretcher vans to transport elderly persons and persons with disabilities who must be transported on a stretcher.

S.B. No. 501 (COMM) TRANSPORTATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNELS FOR INTERSTATE ROUTES 84 AND 91 IN THE HARTFORD REGION', to allow the Department of Transportation to consider using federal funds to construct tunnels for Interstate Routes 84 and 91 in the Hartford region if such funds become available.

S.B. No. 655 (COMM) TRANSPORTATION. 'AN ACT INCREASING FEES REMITTED TO MUNICIPALITIES FOR MOVING VIOLATIONS', to increase the fee remitted to municipalities in which certain moving violations occur from fifteen dollars to twenty dollars.

S.B. No. 1032 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING TECHNICAL REORGANIZATION OF STATUTES INVOLVING THE ILLEGAL SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES', to improve the organization and comprehensibility of statutes concerning the illegal sale of controlled substances.

'AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL FORECLOSURE ACTIONS ON TAX LIENS AND LIENS ON BLIGHTED REAL ESTATE', to require the Superior Court to grant preferred case status to actions to foreclose tax liens and liens on blighted residential property commenced by municipalities.

'AN ACT CONCERNING THE STORAGE AND SALE OF THE POSSESSIONS AND PERSONAL EFFECTS OF EVICTED TENANTS', to require the plaintiff in an action for the recovery of possession or occupancy of residential property to store and sell the possessions and personal effects of the defendant or other occupant of such property in the event that such defendant or occupant does not remove or reclaim such possessions and effects.

'AN ACT CONCERNING THE ASSESSMENT OF MUNICIPAL TAXES ON CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS', to require that land on which a one, two, three or four family residential dwelling is planned for construction, is under construction or has been constructed is assessed exclusive of the value of such dwelling until a certificate of occupancy is issued for such dwelling, the dwelling is used for its intended purpose or title to such dwelling is conveyed to a buyer that intends to use such dwelling for its intended purpose.

'AN ACT CONCERNING CRIMINAL LIABILITY IN THE CASE OF DRUG OVERDOSE DEATHS, INCREASING THE PENALTY FOR THE POSSESSION OF A NARCOTIC AND CRIMINALIZING THE MISBRANDING OF SYNTHETIC DRUGS', to establish the crime of manslaughter by causing a death of another person by drug overdose, make possession of a narcotic a class D felony, to criminalize the false labeling of synthetic drugs to include as illegally supplying a drug, a prescribed narcotic to a person for whom it is not prescribed and to require opiates be labeled to better warn of addictive qualities.
