'AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTION DAY REGISTRATION LOCATIONS', to authorize the town clerk of a municipality to designate an election day registration location when the registrars of voters of such municipality fail to agree on such a location.

'AN ACT ADOPTING THE INTERSTATE COMPACT TO ELECT THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BY NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE', to enter Connecticut into the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote, thereby committing the state's votes in the Electoral College to the presidential candidate that wins the popular vote nationally, regardless of whether such presidential candidate wins the popular vote within the state.

H.B. No. 6423 (COMM) GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION AND ELECTIONS. 'AN ACT EXTENDING THE HOURS OF ELECTION DAY REGISTRATION', to permit applicants in line for election day registration prior to eight o'clock p.m. to be admitted as electors and cast a vote in an election.

H.B. No. 6746 (COMM) COMMERCE. 'AN ACT CONCERNING A BIOTECHNOLOGY AND BIOSCIENCE INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT', to establish a tax credit for certain investments in bioscience and biotechnology businesses in the state that qualify for the "incremental" research and experimental expenditures tax credit under section 12-217j of the general statutes.

H.B. No. 7266 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE ENFORCEMENT OF FEDERAL LAW BY STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES', to establish a task force that shall study the enforcement of federal law by state and local law enforcement agencies.

'AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE AWARD OF CIVIL DAMAGES FOR ALIEN TORT CLAIMS THAT ALLEGE VIOLATIONS OF STATE OR FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS', to establish a task force that shall study the award of civil damages for alien tort claims that allege violations of state or federal constitutional rights.
