'AN ACT ALLOWING CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES TO CREATE PROPERTY TAX RELIEF PROGRAMS FOR GRADUATES OF CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS LOCATED IN CONNECTICUT', to allow the eight municipalities with largest populations in this state to create a program providing property tax relief as an incentive for certain graduates to buy a first home in such municipalities.

'AN ACT CONCERNING CONSUMER PRINT AND DIGITAL NEWSPAPER SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS', to require a credit, extension or pro rata refund to consumers, upon request, of a subscription for a print or digital newspaper subscription, based upon a temporary suspension of such subscription due to vacation, travel or illness.

'AN ACT EXTENDING THE PERIOD CHILDREN, STEPCHILDREN AND DEPENDENTS MAY RETAIN DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE UNDER A PARENT'S, ADOPTIVE PARENT'S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN'S INSURANCE POLICY', to allow a child, stepchild or dependent to retain dental insurance coverage under his or her parent's, adoptive parent's or legal guardian's health insurance policy until the child, stepchild or dependent attains the age of twenty-six or secures alternative coverage, whichever first occurs.

H.B. No. 6200 (COMM) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESENTATION OF A PERMIT TO CARRY A PISTOL OR REVOLVER', to require individuals who openly carrying a pistol or revolver to produce their permit upon request of a law enforcement officer if the firearm is visible to such officer.

'AN ACT CONCERNING COVERAGE OF PREVIOUSLY USED WHEELCHAIRS', to require health carriers to: (1) Notify each insured who receives a previously used wheelchair as a covered benefit that the insured has received a previously used wheelchair and may return such wheelchair to the carrier; (2) cover the cost of repairing or replacing a damaged or defective wheelchair; and (3) process claims to repair or replace a damaged or defective wheelchair.
