The House of Representatives was called to order at 11:40 o'clock a.m., Representative Morris of the 140th District in the Chair.

Prayer was offered by the guest Chaplain, Gabriella N. Paez of Berlin, Connecticut.

The following is the prayer:

Let us pray. Lord, thank You for the things we have to do today. Help us to focus on what is important and be with us as we work to do what is beneficial for all of our citizens. Amen.
