S.B. No. 907 (RAISED) EDUCATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF A THREE-YEAR ROLLING AVERAGE IN THE CALCULATION OF SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT REIMBURSEMENT PERCENTAGES', to use a three-year rolling average of the equalized net grand list per capita for purposes of calculating a town's school construction reimbursement percentage.

S.B. No. 908 (RAISED) EDUCATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS' RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TECHNICAL REVISIONS TO THE EDUCATION AND EARLY CHILDHOOD STATUTES', to make technical revisions to the education and early childhood statutes.

S.B. No. 909 (RAISED) EDUCATION. 'AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD', to implement the recommendations of the Office of Early Childhood.

S.B. No. 911 (RAISED) EDUCATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING SERVICES FOR GIFTED AND TALENTED STUDENTS', to require an employee of the Department of Education to be responsible for providing information and assistance to school districts and the public relating to gifted and talented students and to require the Department of Education to develop guidelines regarding best practices in the provision of services to gifted and talented students.

S.B. No. 912 (RAISED) EDUCATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE STAFF QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS', to allow an individual who holds a bachelor's degree and has completed twelve credits or more in early childhood education or child development to satisfy the staff qualifications requirement for early childhood educators.

S.B. No. 913 (RAISED) EDUCATION. 'AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL PARAPROFESSIONAL TRAINING', to require annual training of school paraprofessionals.

VETERANS' AFFAIRS

S.B. No. 914 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF A VETERAN FOR A CERTAIN HONOR AND CERTAIN BENEFIT', to expand eligibility for a certain military honor and certain veterans' benefits.

S.B. No. 915 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING VEHICLE NUMBER PLATES FOR CERTAIN VETERANS', to provide veterans, members of the armed forces and surviving spouses of such veterans or members who engage in agricultural production as a trade or business with a special certificate of registration and a set of number plates for farm vehicles used exclusively for farming purposes.

S.B. No. 916 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING VETERANS', to make minor and technical revisions to a statute concerning veterans' affairs.

S.B. No. 917 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING VETERANS' AFFAIRS', to (1) protect against certain discriminatory practices on the basis of an individual's status as a veteran, (2) require employers of employees who serve in the National Guard of another state to grant leave for purposes of such service, (3) permit active duty members of the armed forces to register certain family members for Medicaid home and community-based programs if such members are registered to vote, pay real property taxes or are licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the state, (4) include military law enforcement authorities under the United States Department of Defense in the list of federal law enforcement authorities required to receive Department of Children and Families records pertaining to neglect or abuse of a child, and (5) impose a certain limit on the Governor's authority over the Connecticut National Guard.

S.B. No. 918 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING A MUNICIPAL OPTION PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR GOLD STAR PARENTS', to permit municipalities to provide a property tax exemption to certain parents of members of the armed forces killed while performing active military duty.

S.B. No. 919 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING VETERANS SERVICES AT STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES', to implement recommendations of the Board of Regents for Higher Education regarding the establishment and operation of OASIS centers at public institutions of higher education in this state.

S.B. No. 920 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES, VETERANS AND THEIR SPOUSES', to (1) grant the Commissioner of Consumer Protection discretion in the issuance of certain licenses, registrations or certificates to members of the armed forces, veterans and their spouses who hold similar licenses, registrations or certificates in other licensure jurisdictions, and (2) allow the commissioner to waive any fee for such licenses, registrations or certificates issued in this state if such other licensure jurisdiction waives the requirements for issuance of such similar licenses, registrations or certificates to members of the armed forces, veterans and their spouses who hold such licenses, registrations or certificates in this state.

S.B. No. 921 (RAISED) BANKING. 'AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY TO INCREASE DISCLOSURES BY INVESTMENT ADVISERS', to require a study of methods to increase disclosures by investment advisers.
