The House of Representatives was called to order at 11:32 o'clock a.m., Representative Ryan of the 139th District in the Chair.

Prayer was offered by the guest Chaplain, Mary Alice Hughes of Haddam, Connecticut.

VETERANS' AFFAIRS

S.B. No. 865 (RAISED) VETERANS' AFFAIRS. 'AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASED ACCESS TO CERTAIN CLUBS UNDER THE LIQUOR CONTROL ACT', to permit the children or grandchildren of members or former deceased members of a club, which children or grandchildren are members of an organization affiliated with such club, increased access to such club's privileges under the Liquor Control Act.
