Proposed H.B. No. 5456 REP. STORMS, 60th DIST. 'AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPAL APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED CASINO GAMING FACILITY', to require a municipality where a proposed casino gaming facility may be located to hold a public hearing regarding such facility and to hold a referendum to approve such facility before such facility may be established.

TRANSPORTATION

Proposed H.B. No. 5457 REP. VARGAS, 6th DIST. 'AN ACT CONCERNING TEMPORARY REGISTRATION FOR MOTOR VEHICLES', to make temporary registration of a motor vehicle valid for a twenty-one-day period and give motor vehicle owners more time to submit their vehicles to a safety inspection or emissions inspection.

Proposed H.B. No. 5458 REP. GENGA, 10th DIST. 'AN ACT ESTABLISHING ELECTRONIC TOLLS ON CONNECTICUT'S HIGHWAYS', to establish electronic tolls and create a source of revenue for the Special Transportation Fund.
