Explanation

The amendment results in costs to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) as it requires the agency to provide grants from the beverage container reuse subaccount to agencies and non-profit organizations for certain events. Under the amendment, costs would be determined by DEEP, starting in FY 19.
