NO FISCAL IMPACT
The amendment makes various changes that have no fiscal impact. The amendment: (1) allows the Child Advocate to designate a representative to attend the child fatality review panel if they cannot make it; (2) increases the number of temporary members allowed on the panel from three to five; (3) exempts state officers or employees from being the chairperson of the panel; and (4) makes various other technical changes.
