The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact.
It requires electric distribution companies (EDC's) to procure generation of a certain amount from Class I renewable energy biomass facilities. It is uncertain how this may impact the state and municipalities as ratepayers in FY 18 and FY 19.
