Municipal Impact: None
The amendment results in a one-time savings of $50,000 to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, a quasi-public state agency, by eliminating a requirement that the agency conduct a study analyzing the gap between the state-wide housing inventory and projected housing needs.
The amendment also makes a clarifying change which has no fiscal impact.
