OFA Fiscal Note

NO FISCAL IMPACT

The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact, replacing it with language that : (1) clarifies a provision of PA 17-23 and (2) allows the flushing of a peripheral IV with prepackaged normal saline to be performed by certain unlicensed hospital personnel. It does not result in a fiscal impact to the state or municipalities.
