NO FISCAL IMPACT
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and the associated fiscal impact. The amendment replaces the bill with language that removes the revenue loss from the underlying bill. The amendment clarifies asset forfeiture laws, specifying conditions in which asset forfeiture is to occur, and does not result in a fiscal impact as it conforms statute with current practice.
