The amendment strikes the underlying bill and the associated fiscal impact. The amendment results in a revenue loss of approximately $216,000 annually, in total, between various municipal police departments, the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and the Division of Criminal Justice from changes to asset seizure laws.
