The amendment increases the insurance an individual must maintain to receive or retain a driver's license and motor vehicle registration. This is anticipated to result in a potential minimal revenue impact dependent on the number of individuals obtaining motor vehicle licenses and registrations and fines related to uninsured driving violations.
