AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING IMMUNIZATION RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Subsection (b) of section 10-204a of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2017):
(b) The definitions of adequate immunization shall reflect the schedule for active immunization adopted pursuant to section 19a-7f and be established by regulation adopted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 by the Commissioner of Public Health, who shall also be responsible for providing procedures under which [said] such boards and [said] such similar governing bodies shall collect and report immunization data on each child to the Department of Public Health for compilation, [and] analysis and release by [said] the department of annual immunization rates for each public and private school in the state.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||

To implement the recommendations of the Department of Public Health regarding immunization rates for each public and private school in Connecticut.
