AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HIGH-SPEED BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Economic and Community Development to develop a high-speed broadband infrastructure plan by January 1, 2018.

Statement of Purpose:

To require the development of a high-speed broadband infrastructure plan.
