AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MORE EQUITABLE EDUCATION COST-SHARING GRANT FORMULA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to develop a new formula for equalization aid grants that distributes funds more equitably among towns.

Statement of Purpose:

To develop a more equitable education cost sharing grant formula.
