AN ACT LIMITING WAGE INCREASES IN ARBITRATION AWARDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to limit general wage increases under binding arbitration awards to no more than two per cent.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide a cap on wage increases under binding arbitration awards.
