AN ACT CONCERNING THE OPTION TO DIE WITH DIGNITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow physicians to provide end-of-life options for patients who are in severe physical pain.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide end-of-life options for patients who are in severe physical pain.
