AN ACT CONCERNING COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EDUCATION COST SHARING GRANT FORMULA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to adjust equalization aid grants to towns in an amount equal to cost-of-living increases.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide cost-of-living increases to a town's ECS grant.
