Explanation

The bill requires the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) to review the application process for the Small Business Express program to facilitate the participation of physicians and physician's offices in the program. There is no fiscal impact to this provision. It is anticipated that DECD, as the administrator of Small Business Express, can review the program without any additional resources.

House “A” strikes the underlying bill, as amended by Senate “A” and its associated fiscal impact and results in impact listed above.

Senate “A” has no fiscal impact by requiring DECD to review the application process for the Small Business Express program to facilitate the participation of physicians and physician's offices in the program.
